Cheryl developed a love of nature and art at an early age and studied drawing, oils, calligraphy and photography before discovering her passion: botanical watercolour painting. Cheryl has completed many commissions and won several awards in recent years including Best in Show at the BASA exhibition in 2015. Her works are held in private collections in Australia and overseas.
Since 2005 she has exhibited in the renowned Botanica exhibition at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Sydney. In 2014 she was invited to join the Florilegium of the Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney with her painting Eucalyptus tereticornis accepted in 2015. She is a member of the Botanical Art Society of Australia (BASA), American Society of Botanical Artists (ASBA) and Wildlife and Botanical Artists (WABA).
